Quick Accounting Solutions is where independent bookkeepers CPA firms or businesses with their own accounting staff find and buy practical Intuit or IT solutions with local support. QAS isn’t a bookkeeping service company nor a tax preparation service. We work with a selected few and we are happy to provide a referral for you from the professionals that we have a trade relationship with.
QAS will work with companies using QuickBooks Enterprise that have their own accounting staff. We provide QuickBooks configuration, coaching & external controller services required for accurate and timely interim financial statements, State & Payroll returns. The interim financial statements prepared are accepted by most banks and considered practically accurate for smaller midsized companies. This service is only as a courtesy to CPA’s with clients who have opted out of this service for practical reasons and prefer to focus on annual reviews, audits, tax returns or statements for larger clients. The standards used vary and are customized by the CPA preparing the tax returns and the needs of the institution receiving the information. We won’t prepare your state & payroll returns, but we will prove out and deliver the reports used to file your returns so you won’t be disappointed with the data. We reconcile your payroll returns to your gross wages and general ledger to prevent omissions.
For our clients, we work to fulfill reporting requirements from banks, law firms & CPA’s to organize or process financial information.
For legal liability reasons we accept referrals from professionals and engage the business directly as our client. Obviously the referring entity does not warrant the work, but is simply suggesting that this type of service is available from Quick Accounting Solutions. We appreciate referrals. Clients of professionals are welcome with the understanding we are working as a team with the tax preparer.
